We would love to be able to answer everyone’s individual questions. But the fact is we can’t. So we’ve taken our most popular repeat questions and answered them here. What’s your return policy?

Return any of our physical products–no questions asked–within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately digital products cannot be refunded. There are no refunds given for the Accelerator, Funding School and Mastery Classes. There are no refunds on Clinics.


Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

At this time we cannot ship overseas. We can ship your package to any P.O. Box that can accept deliveries.


Do you have customer service?

Absolutely! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services reps are available to answer your questions via live chat or email.


What’s the difference between the Accelerator and the Clinics?

The Accelerator is a sixteen week program that focuses on several areas of running your business. You meet weekly for 90 minutes during the sixteen weeks. It is the cornerstone of Mogul Chix Academy and is offered twice a year in March and September.

The Clinics are taught by individual experts who have partnered with Mogul Chix Academy. The schedules vary based upon each expert’s availability.


Why does Mogul Chix Academy have workshops and mastery classes separate from the growth accelerator?

The Accelerator is a specific set of lessons that are designed to be worked on and immediately applied to your business. Workshops and Mastery Classes are one off, individual classes that are for educational purposes that you may or may not immediately apply to your business operations. Additionally, Funding School and the Angel Investing Bootcamp are also structured programs designed for immediate application.


If I’m not able to make a full payment, can I establish a payment plan?

The Accelerator is the only programs that have payment plans.


Do I need to join a membership to take any of the classes, clinics or accelerator?

No. There is no membership at the Academy. But when you enroll in the Accelerator, Funding School or the Angel Bootcamp, each has a private community you will have lifetime access to.


Is there an application process?

Yes. Each program has a brief application. You just complete the application, and once approved, register and pay your fees.


If I am a member of the Mogul Circle or the Makers Club, am I entitled to a discount?

Yes. Please read the terms of your membership to determine what your discount will be.


How long do I have access to course content?

You will have access to the coursework for the term of your course. For the Accelerator, Funding School and the Angel Bootcamp, you have access to the content for one year after the end of the program.


How are courses delivered?

All sessions for the Accelerator, Funding School, Clinics, Workshops, Mastery Classes and Angel Bootcamp are offered live via secured, private web conferencing. We are rolling out self-study courses that are pre-recorded for your convenience. Stay tuned for details.


What if I need to miss a session?

Contact your instructor. Sessions are recorded and made available to registered students within 24 hours. Each instructor will let you know the attendance policy to their course or clinic.


What if I miss a payment on my payment plan?

Because we use a third party finance company, we do not directly. During this time, your access will be restricted. If you do not make a payment by the end of the grace period, your access will be permanently disabled.


What if I’m interested in teaching a clinic?

We’re always looking for new content and experts. If you’re interested, please send us an email with a proposed course title, objectives, length of course, and what you’ll cover. We will review it and if interested, we will contact you for an interview.


What if you don’t offer what I’m interested in?

We want to make the Academy a one stop shop for all things related to business growth and leadership. If you don’t see a course you’d be interested in, please drop us a line and let us know what you’d like to see. We’ll consider it and work on bringing it to the Academy.
