The Mogul Chix Academy was created to give high performing Female Founders a hands-on growth accelerator experience unlike anything else available today. We provide live training to help you achieve explosive growth. We also provide lifetime support to all graduates of the Accelerator.

Our Growth Accelerator curriculum was designed with the common core questions keeping CEOs up at night. The Accelerator program provides you with skills, technical assistance, tools and advisory in a one to one AND group environment. We help you identify the problems and missed opportunities that keep you from growth, develop actionable plans, implement proven strategies, position your company for real growth, and get you to rethink the way you do business.

The Growth Accelerator is offered live, twice per year in March and September. In addition to the Accelerator, we offer a series of mastery classes and workshops based on specific themes and topics. Our Growth Clinics are offered by a select group of vetted partners who are experts in their fields. Currently available are clinics in IP Protection, Pitching for Funding, Preparing for Certification, Business Tax Planning, Government Contracting, Doing Business Globally, and Streamlining Operations. Mogul Chix offers an Angel Investor Bootcamp to teach women to become accredited investors and learn how to invest and build wealth as an Angel Investor. This bootcamp is a gateway to our Mogul Chix Angel Network and our Angel Fund (by invitation only).

I’m Adrienne Graham, serial entrepreneur, investor, and CEO & Founder of Mogul Chix. My mission is to build confidence, leadership & PROFITABILITY in high performing Female Founders. I’ve spent a lot of years in the trenches where there wren’t many women who looked like me. I’m a half Black half Latina entrepreneur who has broken barriers, challenged the status quo and worked tirelessly to level the playing field for us. I’ve experienced being the only one of us in a room, and I’ve experienced not being allowed in rooms. But I’ve always found my way in, bringing others along with me.

I’m staging a takeover! And I’m bringing as many of you with me as I can.

I am solely focused on leveling the playing field by delivering powerful & measurable results; providing direct strategies to achieve next level success; open the eyes, ears, minds and hearts to new ways of doing business; and making the uncomfortable comfortable. I’m building MOGULS who go on to build 7, 8 and 9+ figure COMPANIES.

Armed with over 20 years of business and entrepreneurial experience, I launched Mogul Chix in 2015. My background includes staffing & HR, diversity, operations planning, product & service optimization, revenue planning, tech & digital platforms, customer experience design, training, fundraising, brand expansion, business growth strategy, global expansion planning and content production.

Did you know I launched my very first company in 1994- a staffing agency. I went on to run one more successful staffing company and Empower Me! Corporation (for which many people know me) a growth strategies consultancy, training and media company I ran for 16 years before starting Mogul Chix.

I’m an investor, serial entrepreneur and avid techie dedicated to promoting inclusive diversity in the VC and startup community. I am ultra passionate about getting more access and exposure for women and people of color.

I was privileged to have been a mentor for the Straight Shot Accelerator in Omaha, NE, which helps guide startups into successfully launched ventures. I’ve been creating learning platforms for women in business, and hosted my own weekly radio show for 6 years called View From the Top Radio Show. She is a published author, speaker and former contributor to Forbes.

I currently host the Mogul Chix Chat Podcast, which can be heard on Pandora, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, Spotify, Audible, Google Podcasts, Tune In and iHeart Radio.
